Village Level
As per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Amendment Act 2019, it is a function of the Village Council or Neighbourhood Council to carry out village level sanitation and conservancy functions in village councils only.
City / Town Level
It is the responsibility of the city’s Water & Sanitation Company to carry out city level sanitation and conservancy functions.
