Establishment
The provincial Government established Urban Area Development Authority Swabi in September 2003. It was re-established under UADA Act 2020 to provide Housing Facilities to the urban population of District Swabi. UADA Swabi has launched an area development scheme in the name of "Shahmansoor Town Swabi".
Location
Shahmansoor Town is located on Swabi Jehangira Road about 4 K.M from Ambaar Interchange toward Swabi city and is spread over 278 acres. The town is easily accessible from Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Islamabad.
Functions
The scheme consists of 2051 numbers of residential plots of various sizes (3,5,7,10 Marla and one Kanal) with all facilities like schools, roads, sewerage/drainage, water supply, electrification/street lights, Sui gas, Parks, Masjid, and commercial area.
